When possible, AIV, Inc. uses AIV manufactured replacement component parts in our repair services. AIV follows ISO 13485:2016 quality processes and tests and validates our AIV manufactured replacement component parts with OEM products (parts/assemblies) to ensure form, fit, and function. AIV does not test or validate our AIV manufactured replacement products with non-OEM third-party products. AIV does not provide any warranty for or endorsement of any of AIV’s manufactured replacement parts with any other non-OEM third-party products. The use of any AIV, Inc. manufactured replacement component part or service with any other non-OEM third-party product is at your own risk.

The site may contain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of the site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to the AIV website.

8. Return and Refund Policy

All returns require a Return Goods Authorization. An RGA can be obtain by filling out the online repair form or by contacting customer service by email [email protected] or phone 800.990.2911. After receiving the RGA, place the item securely in a package with the RGA and return to us. We recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Unused goods may be returned for credit within 60 days of purchase. Restocking fees may apply if repackaging is necessary. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return.

9. Payment Methods and Policies

AIV accepts the following forms of payment: check, cash, Fax-A-Check, ACH transfers, international wires, and Discover, Visa, and MasterCard credit cards.

Credit card payments should be limited to less than $1000. Beginning April 1, 2022, a 2% convenience fee will be applied to all credit card orders.

A packaging and handling fee may be added to any order for customers who are using their own freight accounts for shipping charges.

10. Modifications to Service and Prices

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product or service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

11. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

AIV reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities purchased per person, per household per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change or cancel an order, we may attempt to contact you with the email and or/billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to be placed by dealers, distributors, or resellers.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
