AAMI Celebrates Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Week

The Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) and its Technology Management Council (TMC) celebrates the Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Week this May 19 to 25, 2013.

The annual event is designed to promote the awareness of and appreciation for the critical work of biomedical equipment technicians (BMETs), clinical engineers, and other members of the healthcare technology management (HTM) field. Through this celebration, AAMI and other organizations thank these professionals for the vital role they play in protecting patient safety, improving patient outcomes, and reducing healthcare costs.
